Ken Chen is a Singaporean designer with over 20 years of cross-disciplinary experience across Singapore, Malaysia, China, and Taiwan. After more than a decade at CapitaLand Singapore managing large-scale commercial and real estate projects, he founded MNI Studio, where he leads as creative director. Kenji Shang is a film and commercial director with over a decade of experience crafting visual narratives across Europe, China, and Taiwan. After graduating from French film academy, Kenji has since collaborated with global brands, musicians, celebrities, and influencers, turning abstract ideas into emotionally resonant stories that clearly reflect brand identities. Beyond commercial work, he is passionate about short films and movies, with several award-winning projects noted for their unique style and emotional depth. Kenji’s creative approach balances compelling storytelling with precise execution to help brands stand out and connect authentically with their audiences.

With over 20 years of experience, YY Fong designs interiors that authentically reflect a brand’s personality while remaining practical and inviting. A graduate of Singapore’s Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, she has contributed to notable hotel projects across China, developing a keen understanding of how to balance beauty and function. YY has an exceptional eye for materials, colors, and details such as furniture, fabrics, and lighting, blending cultural influences with contemporary design. Her work results in unique, memorable spaces that resonate deeply with clients and users alike.

Susie Liang is an essential member of our team with extensive experience in office management, business development, and project coordination. Having worked in both Macau and Taiwan, she skillfully navigates different work cultures to keep daily operations running smoothly. Susie focuses on streamlining processes and optimizing resources, while actively supporting business growth and fostering cross-team collaboration.
